The Bengaluru-based startup sells beverages targeted at women’s health and wellness.Bengaluru-based food and beverage startup &ME has raised seed funding from Matrix Partners India. The women-centric brand, which was founded last year, sells beverages that target women’s health and wellness.
The startup says that its products are a combination of ayurveda and modern science. Ankur Goyal, &ME founder and CEO, said, “We are looking to enhance our distribution network within Bengaluru before entering new cities. We would perhaps look at two new cities in 2019”.
&ME was earlier backed by Rohit MA, MD of Cloudnine Hospital. In the beginning, the company sold its beverages across two brands, Grace and Rhythm, in Bengaluru, through its own website and select online platforms. But now, the products are also available offline in Bengaluru in select stores.
