The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru elevates Rohit Pandey to Hotel Manager and Shahnaaz Anjum to F&B Manager

The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru recently elevated two of their core personnel Rohit Pandey from Executive Assistant F&B Manager to Hotel Manager and Shahnaaz Anjum from Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to Food & Beverage Manager.

With over two decades of experience working with some of the finest, luxury properties across Thailand, Seychelles, Maldives and India, Rohit champions in pre-openings with a proven record of 6 successful pre-openings so far. A wine connoisseur in his personal life, Rohit is a passionate sports enthusiast with a major affinity for Cricket, Squash, and Tennis.

“Our teams, the people who work with us, are our strongest pillars and seeing them grow is a matter of personal joy and pride. I am certain we will see some exciting changes, trends being set in the F&B space, interesting services and offers being rolled out in the coming future,” shared Reuben Kataria, General Manager, The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru.

Shahnaaz Anjum on the other hand, is a strategic business leader in managing overall F&B operations, and has been in the industry for close to 13 years. Shahnaaz’s expertise lies in single-handedly managing the F&B operations of multiple outlets and executing enhanced services for improved guest experiences. Shahnaaz believes in empowering the women around her and ensures to follow that in her profession.

In their current position Rohit will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's operations across all functions, aiming for operational excellence, achieving high levels of guest satisfaction and driving revenues across all segments along with maintaining brand standards. Whereas, Shahnaaz, would be handling all aspects related to the F&B division thereby focusing on delivering quality guest experiences and relations.
