SAGA appoints Chef Kush Koli as the New Head Chef

Moonshine Food Ventures led by Food & Beverage Entrepreneur Vishal Anand appoints Chef Kush Koli as the new Culinary Head for SAGA, Gurugram. 

 

SAGA, a venture by the two times Michelin Star Chef Atul Kochhar & F&B entrepreneur Vishal Anand showcases a contemporary take on Indian cuisine by complementing the flavors and traditions of India with global and local ingredients and techniques.

 

Delhi born, Chef Koli is an enthusiastic and self-motivated culinary professional who belongs to the family of chefs and loves to explore food cultures across the globe. 

 

An IHM Pusa graduate, Chef Kush has previously worked in The Oberoi, Ramada Jalandhar, Punjabi By Nature and The Indian Parliament.

 

He has also managed a restaurant and large banquet in Indian Administration at the Parliament of India and also has served the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi & Home Minister Amit Shah over the years at multiple occasions.  

 

His core strength is core Indian & Regional Cuisines. With his new role, Chef Kush Koli plates some exotic flavors for the new summer menu at SAGA. 

 

The new menu is inspired from the global representation of cuisines of India and some very regional exploration from all over the country.

 

Located on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, SAGA is a 200-seater contemporary gourmet diner, bringing out the new menu where each delicacy is designed through a recipe that brings out a perfect amalgamation of flavor, taste and creativity.
