Qafila by Kava debuts at Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road

Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road has launched Qafila by Kava, a new dining experience that showcases the finest Indian cuisine.

It is led by Chef Azar, who has extensive experience working in 5-star hotels.

“Kava has been one of the favourite dining destinations ever since its launch. With this new introduction of Qafila by Kava, the entire look and feel of the place, the menu, we are confident that our guests and food enthusiast at large will revel in the refreshing flavours and tantalizing dishes from Qafila” said Sushma Khichar, General Manager Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road

Qafila restaurant values the technique of slow cooking, as demonstrated in the 36-hour preparation of their Kava Dal and the DUM slow-cooking method used for their Biryani.

Each portion of food served is meticulously handled to ensure that no rice grain is broken, reflecting the care taken in crafting each dish. This attention to detail is made possible through their signature dinner service, which allows them to provide diners with the most exquisite and thoughtfully prepared meals.

The menu at Qafila features an impressive array of dishes, including flavorful soups like Murgh badami and Subz shorba, and appetizers like Gilawat ke kebab aur sheermal, Kesari jhinga, Palak anjeer kebab, and Bharwan tandoori aloo.

The Nutan section showcases unique offerings such as Rawa fried machhli, Dhungar Murgh Reshmi, Khumb qaliyan, and Subz miloni. For the main course, guests can choose from a range of dishes such as Dum gosht biryani, Kosha mangsho, Prawn sukka, Bhindi bharwan, Guncha keema, and Sarson ka saag.

And to satisfy sweet cravings, the Madhur/dessert section offers delectable treats like Shrikhand, Shahi tukda, Elaneer payasam, and Kulfi falooda, among others.
