Owners of North Indian Restaurant Dana Choga Launches Mama's Pizzeria

Inspired by mothers, who remain unbeatable in the love and affection while preparing meals for their loved ones, owners at Dana Choga restaurant has launched Mama’s Pizzeria at Gurgaon.

Mama’s Pizzeria is the brainchild of Amita Chandhok, who is a veteran in the food industry. Her food journey began in 1994 with her Tea Planter Deepak Chandhok as founders of ‘Dana Choga’ which is an award-winning North-Indian restaurant chain of Delhi-NCR. She is known to be an ardent foodie and puts her passion, creativity and dedication all on the plate while cooking.

“After 28 years of running a North Indian Restaurant Chain- Dana Choga, I wanted to cater tasty, healthy and delicious food options to Millennials and Gen Z. So, I took upon myself to produce a healthy and tasty Pizza brand and I have worked on the process and best ingredients to make mouth-watering Pizzas and Stuffed Garlic Breads,” she added by pointing that they make sure to use the finest flour and reduced the quantity of yeast to provide the great quality experience.

For the expansion, the company is focusing to build-up a great team and iron out the small issues at the backend.

“We are looking forward to open one Pizzeria in every six months. First, we would like to expand our horizons in Gurugram and then the whole Delhi NCR,” added Chandhok.

Some of the pizza in the menu include; signature cheese blend Classic Margherita, Fungi Paradise, Classic Pesto, Peri Peri Chicken, Popeye’s favourite, BBQ Chicken Pizza to name a few.  

They also have Paneer tikka and Butter Chicken Pizza that are delectable options in Indian and Italian fusion style and a pizza with Mexican flavours, Mexicana fusion topped with Salami, Jalapeño and Red Paprika.

The restaurant is also delivering via its partners Zomato and Swiggy and alo directly through their website.
