Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has elevated its executive chef Jerson Fernandes as Director of Culinary.

This new role denotes the pinnacle of fine dining interactive experiences.

Chef Jerson’s 15 years in the world of tradition and innovation in cuisines has made him meritorious of this humbling honour. With a strong belief that food is more than just a meal but an experience to be cherished beyond the menu and the restaurant, Chef Jerson has contributed to the culinary world greatly by integrating the progressive with the traditional as a result of countless hours of experimenting and preparation.

“I am beyond thrilled to have been made the new Director of Culinary, here at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. The aim is to continue evolving and exceeding guest expectations and my passion for food will help me achieve that. Prior to his new appointment as Director of Culinary at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Chef Jerson Fernandes was the Executive Chef at the hotel.

With this new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, including menu development, kitchen staff management, and food quality control.

He brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in various hotels and restaurants across the country.
