Mosaic Hotel Mussoorie, a prominent upscale hotel, has announced the selection of Nishant Lal as their new Executive Chef.

 

With 8 years of experience in the field, Nishant will be leading the F&B production department as well as overseeing culinary management, kitchen planning, and cost-management.

 

As the new Executive Chef, Nishant is ready to take charge of the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food served to guests meets quality standards.

 

He will oversee the creation of a diverse range of dishes, while also training the culinary team and developing new signature dishes and menus.

Nishant holds a degree in hotel management and began his career as an intern with ITC Hotels.

 

He has worked with several renowned hospitality brands, including The Oberoi Group of properties and Resorts, World Luxury Cruises, JW Marriott Mussoorie, and a Time Out Award-winning Restaurant in Riyadh.

 

Nishant has gained experience in staff management, menu planning, F&B production, cost control, and kitchen facilities management.

 

He has also been responsible for developing plans, setting service standards, and overseeing all aspects of daily operations. Nishant's expertise also extends to closely monitoring inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

 

In his role as the Executive Chef, Nishant will be tasked with providing guests at Mosaic Hotel Mussoorie with a diverse range of traditional and contemporary dishes to enhance their dining experience during their stay.
