“About the same time last year, as the Covid-19 pandemic came down upon us, our business suffered. We strived to survive through the lockdown phase by taking some tough decisions such as shutting our restaurant in Baner location, however, at the same time, trying to retain as much of our crew members as we could. Even currently, the scenario is dynamic and the trend of Covid cases keep fluctuating,” shared Praful Chandawarkar, Managing Director of Chiranjeev Restaurant and Foods Pvt Ltd who was already a cloud kitchen for the past 2 years at the same location as it was owned by him.
