When he started Khoya, the real inspiration were these sweet shops that had been forgotten in time that had been left in the past despite their finesse and their prowess at creating some of the most memorable sweets in the city.
This endeavour has been somewhat of an homage to this inspiration, with Khoya leading as an unparalleled ‘mithai’ brand, it became essential to recognize the brands that started it all.
This collaboration is a means to chronicling the relationship Khoya has with traditional Indian sweets, each video and reel is a testament to this deep connection and love for the culinary history of Indian sweets.
