Fat Lulu high on expansion; targets Mumbai, Bangalore, Cochin as new market

Casual dining pizza chain Fat Lulu is all set to expand its footprint nationally in Mumbai, Bangalore, Cochin.

In Addition to that the brand also intends to establish dine-in at Gurgaon in July,  Chandigarh in September and Mumbai in October consecutively.

“We're excited to expand our reach across the country. We wish to serve our customers the highest quality food in a quirky vintage setting that transports one back to the old-world Brooklyn pizzeria charm,” shared Monica Batra, Founder at Fat Lulu.

The brand has carved out a niche for itself by bridging the gap between fast cuisine and fine dining with the speed and convenience of a quick-service restaurant.

It serves handmade and artisanal pasta and pizza with the emphasis on quality and taste served with a dash of elegance and an eclectic 20s era vibe.

Through this expansion Fat Lulu plans to scale its operations beyond its current 3 dine in outlets along with 6 cloud kitchens with an expectation of skewed more toward the dine in model with a bar.
