With over 12 years of experience in multiple five-star hotel restaurants, including Marriott, Sheraton, and The Leela, Chef Vivek brings a mixture of youth and experience, making him the perfect candidate for the Executive Sous Chef position. His meteoric rise in the industry is indicative of his talent and drive.

Chef Vivek has expertise in managing operations, developing menus, catering for a large number of people, and has an eye for detail. His large repertoire of awards includes Manager of The Year by Sheraton, among others.
