Kolkata-based cloud-kitchen brand edabba is all set to venture into Bangalore and has partnered with Mukunda Foods to open its cloud-kitchen in the market.

Founded in the year 2019, edabba is a chain of cloud kitchens that specialize in individual and customisable meal boxes.

The company also owns the ebowl brand, which offers Indian and Chinese bowl meals.

“We are ecstatic to expand our geographical reach to Bangalore and introduce the city to authentic North Indian flavours. There is a huge scope for growth in this dynamic sector and we believe that it is thriving in India.” said Vedant Pasari, Founder, edabba.

The company continues to expand its portfolio with the opening of four kitchens in Bangalore, some of them in partnership with Food-Tech firm Mukunda Foods.

Beginning with two kitchens in Electronic City and Bellandur, they will subsequently launch two more in Indiranagar and Mahadevapura.

“The company is ready to expand its operations and launch more cloud kitchens Pan-India. We intend to become a household name for ordering delicious meals at a reasonable price with over 100 kitchens across the country by 2024,” he added.

Since its inception, edabba has moved from strength to strength vis-a-vis its brand ethos to deliver innovative, hygienic and quality products at affordable prices to the end-consumers. The culinary professionals at edabba pay close attention to the quality of each component, from understanding local tastes to creating recipes to fit the customer's palate. With their most recent partnership with Mukunda Foods, edabba has become a fully automated kitchen that uses advanced technology to standardise the food's quality and flavour.
