Chef Harpal Sokhi's Restaurant Karigari to Invest 30 Cr; Expand Across India

Chef Harpal Sokhi’s restaurant chain Karigari known for its distinctive blend of traditional Indian food with a modern twist has announced ambitions to expand its footprint in India and abroad in the coming years.

With its unique menu and exquisite atmosphere, Karigari has become a favorite destination for foodies across India.

This year, Karigari is planning to invest 30 crore rupees to open new locations in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and other important cities in India.

Karigari is committed to acquiring the freshest ingredients and employing the best-skilled chefs to create dishes that are both delicious and visually attractive.

It is also aiming at entering Dubai and London by 2024.

"We are excited to broaden our reach and bring our culinary expertise to new markets. We are confident that our customers will appreciate the quality of food and service we provide at our new locations, which will highlight the best of Indian cuisine and hospitality,” said Yogesh Sharma, founder of Karigari who is planning to open 10 outlets by year end.
