Azure Hospitality eyes Goa for expansion; to open three new restaurants

Azure Hospitality that owns and operates restaurant like Mamagoto and Sly Granny is all set to take these brands to the shores of Goa.

Founded in 2010 by entrepreneurs Kabir Suri and Rahul Khanna, Azure is known for creating fun food and beverage concepts at extraordinary value by expanding their footprint.

“Our vision has always been to take our brands into local communities and neighborhoods, give them quality, a fun, and young experience and put smiles on our customers. Goa has been particularly dear to us given its unique history, epic beauty, people, and traditions, and we are humble, excited to be able to serve it with our trademark azure style of hospitality,” they shared.

With Mamagoto opening its doors to the public in the last week of January and Sly Granny through its Tereza beach house avatar in the last week of February, the menu has been  curated by Chef Janti Duggal and Chef Ravi Saxena with utmost care towards local ingredients and culinary traditions.

Mamagoto is all prepped to open in a heritage home in Panjim as a 60 seater property that has been designed as an old home with vintage, classic features, and the brand’s iconic manga-inspired design.

Azure is also bringing to you the new getaway of Sly Granny at the Tereza Beach House. Nestled along a sleepy ocean road, and the old church of Ries Margos, Sly Granny’s new venue in the village of Nerul, will include an all-day grazing menu, serving European Tapas and a myriad of prohibition-era cocktails with stunning ocean views.

They will also be opening Sly Granny in Vagator later in the year and a boutique cocktail bar fashioned along the lines of a French Bistro in the Panjim Latin Quarters is also gearing up to become one of the most popular places in the city.

Lastly, Azure hospitality’s flagship Punjabi cuisine concept brand, Dhada Estd 1986 Delhi is also in the pipeline and slated to open in 2022 itself.
