AnnaMaya introduces Build Your Own Buffet concept

Artisanal and seasonal focusing restaurant AnnaMaya has introduced the concept of BYOB (Build YourOwn Buffet) where diners can choose signature delicacies from the tandoor.

The BYOB option will be available to patrons from Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at INR1,699 plus taxes. The service will be valid for 150 minutes.

Meat lovers have options in chicken, mutton and fish. The Kali Mirch tikka, the Mahi tikka and more are all well seasoned with locally sourced spices. For vegetarians, the menu has Soya chaap, Paneer tikka, Tandoori subz and a lot more.

The BYOB menu lets you choose from a specially curated menu of the most delicious melt-in-the-mouth delicacies! Cooked to smoky perfection by the chefs, the dishes are made from ingredients sourced locally, aligning with the essence of AnnaMaya; local and artisanal.

artisanal produce and items are available for sale. The food hall follows the ‘Made in India’concept, as all products have to be produced in India, must have a socially inspiring story behind the business execution, and their current business module must be socially relevant in order to help communities and their respective environments within India.
