Amari Raaya Maldives Welcomes Chef Yogender Pal as Executive Chef

Amari Raaya Maldives has appointed Chef Yogender Pal as their Executive Chef, bringing his extensive three-decade culinary career to the table.

Chef Pal has a rich background in the world of hospitality, having served renowned luxury brands like The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and Claridges Hotels and Resorts, which adds a wealth of expertise to his latest position.

Before joining Amari Raaya Maldives, he held the culinary leadership position at the stunning Grand Hyatt Kochi, Bolgatty, India.

Chef Yogi has played a pivotal role in launching unique dining venues, overseeing kitchen setups, and introducing inventive culinary experiences.

His exceptional accomplishments, both in the kitchen and in managerial roles, have earned recognition from prominent publications.

Chef Yogi has been honored with accolades such as the Times Food Award for "Treforni" at Park Hyatt Hyderabad (Best Italian 2018) and the Times Food Award for "RIKA" at Park Hyatt Hyderabad (Best Modern Asian), along with other notable acknowledgments. He has also taken part in prominent food festivals worldwide.
