Tata to acquire Marquee restaurant

Tata Opportunities Fund, along with Tata Sons, the group’s holding company, is all set to acquire Marquee restaurant brand stated a media report.

A person familiar with the group’s plan said, “We are looking at opportunities in food and beverages. We are studying how the presence of restaurants can be scaled up and synergised with the group’s F&B business.”

The group is also eyeing at Mumbai-based Indigo restaurants, which is estimated to be valued at about Rs 200 crore.
