Monkey Bar is now ready to serve the foodies of Kolkata with its twisted cocktails and rich aromatic delicacies. Set up with an investment of 2.9 crore, the eatery is all set get the ball rolling at Camac Street with a mammoth structure that is spread over 2,750 sq.ft. space.

The newly installed outlet has carved and exquisite menu keeping in mind the specific palate of the denizens of the city. Loaded with international flavours, its rich menu includes Rock Corn Tempura, Baked Brie, Prawns Pil Pil and others. Apart from mouthwatering delicacies, it will be also serving some innovative twisted cocktails such as cocktail with Gin, basil, and house made Gondhoraj cordial, Old Fashioned on Camac Street - made with Whiskey, roast almond syrup, bitters and praline and Tipsy Sherbet - our version of a Rose Margarita with egg white.

Owned by Olive Cafes South private limited, a subsidiary of Olive Bar and Kitchen Pvt. Ltd in partnership with chef Manu Chandra and hospitality operations expert Chetan Rampal, set up Monkey Bar, first launched in Bangalore in mid-2012. The gastropub currently has two outposts in Delhi, one in Bangalore and one in Mumbai.

Speaking about the launch, Chef Manu Chandra commented, ”We have been thinking of coming to Kolkata for almost two years now and we are finally here. The The mood and forecast for the city has improved substantially and we are looking forward to serve people here”.
