Khandani Rajdhani celebrates winter food festival

With the onset of winter, KhandaniRajdhani introduces ‘Hemant-e-Rutu' the winter food festival at all its outlets.

The festival highlights include the ever popular Undhiyu, BajriRotla, Haldikisubzi, Sarsokasaag, Gajarhalwa and much more.
Rajdhani’s signature ‘Undhiyu’ is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy tastes subtly blended with farm fresh vegetables like green garlic, tuver, lilva, surtipapadi and sweet potato.

“This is one of the most exciting times at Rajdhani that our customers eagerly wait for! Guests have relished our winter delicacies over all these years and it’s indeed a pleasure to introduce the festival again. We will be serving traditional Marwari and Gujarati dishes with ingredients that are available in their finest best this season. Our Corporate Maharaj’s across all our units will be preparing these dishes on a rotational basis so that there’s something new served each day throughout this month-long festival,” said, Aji Nair, Vice President, F&B Division, Mirah Hospitality.

The restaurant chain will be celebrating this festival at all its outlets till 10th of January.
