The coffee chain is targeting at opening stores at locations like Fort, Breach Candy, Shivaji Park, Vile Parle, Oshiwara and Goregaon which has high footfalls.
Spearheaded by Rahul Leekha, Director for Di Bella Coffee in India, UK, Middle East and Africa, Di Bella India plans to open a minimum of two stores every quarter in virgin properties across Mumbai and Hyderabad, following an India-wide expansion in metros and Tier II cities.
"Di Bella has always believed in the 'ultimate coffee experience' and in bringing to India a coffee experience we can natively and very much they can call our own, consequently living up to International standards. This can only be possible with strong financial and human-resource base which we have built, with an unmatchable history of over 90% employee satisfaction with a very low attrition rate,” shared Leekha.
Di Bella will also initiate India's first state-of-the-art barista training facility to deliver an international level of service across all outlets worldwide.
And is also planning to launch its Indian roasting facility in the near future, ensuring the same 'high quality coffee experience with every cup' now closer to home.
