The Fondue Festival is another step in our endeavor to bring an authentic European cultural experience to the Indian food connoisseur. Fondue is not merely a food item – it’s a legacy. Like everything else at Café Mangii - immense research, sourcing of the best ingredients from far corners, strenuous training of our chefs, great importance to authenticity and creating the perfect ambience that’s worthy of this great delicacy – has gone into bringing the Fondue Festival to our patrons. They will surely relish the experience,” said Prashant Narula, Brand Head – Café Mangii.
