Mumbai’s favourite casual dining Italian restaurant, Cafe Mangii, is celebrating the Fondue Festival – a one of its kind festivity that brings to the customers the very best cheese and accompaniments sourced from the world over.

Fondue has been around for centuries, developing as a cultural favourite through regions, societies and geographies. It is as popular an appetizer as it is a main course and dessert – a most versatile dish.

“We’ve always celebrated the best of gourmet European cuisine at Café Mangii. The Fondue Festival is another step in our endeavor to bring an authentic European cultural experience to the Indian food connoisseur. Fondue is not merely a food item – it’s a legacy. Like everything else at Café Mangii - immense research, sourcing of the best ingredients from far corners, strenuous training of our chefs, great importance to authenticity and creating the perfect ambience that’s worthy of this great delicacy – has gone into bringing the Fondue Festival to our patrons. They will surely relish the experience,” said Prashant Narula, Brand Head – Café Mangii.

Fondue is not just a delicacy but also a social tradition that binds communities together. The fondue has been the centerpiece of family gets together, romantic dinners, friendly banter and celebrations.

The Fondue Festival revels in this spirit of community living, through epicurean cuisine.
