A sensorial bliss, picturesque stimulation, and a transcendental feeling is what you get when you enter a restaurant like Masia. The interiors are laden with Banana leaves, bamboo chandeliers and wooden furniture, which give those earthy vibes. Here we found not only the interior to be comforting but their food too.

Masia offers a variety of Asian dishes like Hanoi Lotus Root, Burmese Chili Garlic Corn Cone, Lemongrass Chicken and Avocado and Shrimp Rolls  along with some Indian delicacies like Paneer Trio Tikka, Paniyaram, Gosht Seekh, Gunpowder Prawn, to name a few. The carefully-crafted menu by Chef Chanchal Dutta includes a variety of dishes from around Asia and India along with dim sums, sushi, Asian curries and other mains from India.

“Your dish can transport you to a quiet alley in Bangkok or in the middle of the noisy Old Town Hanoi or to a high-end establishments, replete with decorated tablecloths, chandeliers and clinking champagne flutes in Indonesia, or to the kitchens of an old lady mesmerizing you with her cooking techniques in Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh,” Chef Chanchal says.

We were served a few dishes from their special menu, which is a fusion of different Asian cuisines. The menu has some unique dishes like Burmese Samosa Pizza, Steamed Kachori, Sri Lankan Junglee curry, Avocado and Mango Golgapas, to name a few. We absolutely loved the deconstructed Pho Soup, Crispy Lotus Root, and Mutton Burji and Naan there and would definitely suggest. Overall, the dining experience at Masia proved to be a truly ecstatic one.
