Best described as a gastronomic experience, Farzi Café reinvents and contemporizes the concept of modern day dining. It amalgamates traditional global cuisine with regional influences, local flavours, cutting-edge techniques, contemporary culinary styles, offering a high energy ambiance. “Farzi Café offers a quirky yet epicurean experience where you enjoy gourmet food created using the freshest ingredients and finest culinary techniques, catch up with friends or simply spend some time away from the craziness of your day-to-day lives,” shares Zorawar Kalra, Founder & MD, Massive Restaurants.
Franchise Network
Farzi Café started franchising in 2015, and launched their first franchised outlet in 2016. Today, the brand is running two franchised stores and four company stores. Hence franchised stores ratio 33%. “We, at Massive Restaurants, envision permanently placing modern Indian cuisine on global platform and establishing Farzi Café among the top F&B Brands in the world in next 5 years’ time, by establishing our presence in all the major cities of the world,” adds Kalra.
